Refund policy

I ask that you reach out to me (cross-presserinq@outlook.com) within 90 days if you'd like to return your product. I understand that things happen -- sometimes products are damaged, sometimes things are misspelled, and something things just aren't what you anticipated -- so I'm always willing to work with you in terms of refunds and/or exchanges. 

Since the product would be coming back to me, I will provide a return shipping label to you in order to make the process even easier. 

If you'd like to cancel your order (again, things happen) before it has been shipped, you are able to until the product is physically on its way to you. If the order is cancelled after the item has been shipped out, it will be processed in the same manner as a return.
